Reverse dieting and 99 other problems
Dieting isn’t fun. you know what is fun? Reverse dieting. Adding 100 calories a week, usually all carbs. I’ve slowly gone from 1900 to 2200, and raising my TDEE every so slightly in the process! Still losing weight at an incredibly slow rate, while getting to eat lots of delicious food. Unfortunately, I have to rant about the mysterious figure from my past posts, who doesn’t get it. Its hard to watch someone break my unwritten rules of calorie counting. Oh, zero calorie water enhancer hurts your throat? So you’re going to replace it with….pink lemonade…damnit. Pure sugar water. That hurts MY throat. One step forward two steps back. Oh well. Guess I’ll keep being strong for myself, leading by example like I have always been. Keep rockin!
