You’re probably eating too much protein

Protein. Macro of the gods. The muscle builder. You have to really crank up you intake to build muscle right? 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight or you’ll shrivel up! Turns out that’s bullshit. According to both the internet, and my own personal training, .5 grams of protein per lb has been more than adequate for muscle repair and growth. My mind is slightly blown. I was spending money on so much extra sources of protein! Been embracing fiber. No unplanned binges. Weight rising steadily. Feeling strong. Got a new job that gives me the time to hit the gym like I need to.

Things are still good.
